The new "casy" restaurant in Crans-Montana. A place of joie de vivre, full of family atmosphere and culinary delights. Being together with friends and family - uncomplicated, exciting and inspiring. This is the credo that Caroline and Sylvain Stefanazzi-Ogi have taken to heart. Over the course of a year, the Vieux Moulin was transformed into a modern and cosy hotspot of excellent cuisine. Schnydär was allowed to help shape this dream.

Caroline and Sylvain are definitely not unknown in the national gastronomy and hotel industry. After working in Lausanne, Montreux, Whistler, Zermatt, Wengen, Zurich and Kandersteg, they have now fulfilled their dream and their heart's desire. Their own restaurant in Crans-Montana. We were able to accompany them from the very beginning with the branding and concept of the new restaurant. The result is a clear and reduced brand, which consists of the two first letters of Caroline and Sylvain.

From the business card to the building signage. Both analogue and digital, a uniform face was tailored for the "casy". Through the clear ideas of Caroline and Sylvain and with the experience of Schnydär, the complete identity of the restaurant was designed. Even very short-term solutions, which were necessary due to the Corona pandemic, were developed and realised together.
