So, Schnydärlini, let's get down to it: we want a brand that reflects the three founders behind the name “mls”. At the same time, we want to position ourselves more strongly beyond Zermatt – because our work is of international calibre. We're looking for a brand and a slogan that show our claim to precision and perfection – and the courage to take new paths in architecture. We also want to get stronger in Employer Branding, make our people visible and tell real stories. And honestly: our website currently looks like every other one in the Upper Valais. A bit more human in there wouldn't hurt. When can you start?

We've been working with the team at mls architekten on their brand for several years. The goal of the rebranding was to create an identity of its own from the three initials and a striking symbol – reduced, precise and unmistakable. The colour palette stayed deliberately minimal in black and white, while the focus shifted more and more to the people behind the projects. In several Future Flights we sharpened positioning, identity and new business areas, while the brand kept growing with the company. Building on that, we developed the claim, realised the new website and produced image and video worlds that put architecture and team equally at the centre. In parallel, we built up Employer Branding to make employees visible and attract new talent.
