When out of old
New things emerge

Two friends talk about their jobs and their shared passion, the craft, over a glass of wine. Marcus Marienfeld, a trained goldsmith, who started his innovative eyewear manufacturer 28 years ago in Brig, and Olivier Mounir, third generation winemaker from Cave du Rhodan from Salgesch. An idea arose from the conversation. After several variation, drawings and prototypes, the joint project became a reality. Barrique Eyewear was born.

It was clear to us; this story needs to be told. We were allowed to give the glasses their «face» and created the brand with a matching image and video world as well as a high-quality image brochure. In the web area, we adapted the design to the existing channels and created the appropriate user interface. This unique product, which was created in the heart of the Valais, is now fascinating worldwide and shows how innovative it can be to have fun at work.

Wooden glasses regained popularity in the last two, three years after being forgotten for many years. Nobody wants to wear a board on their nose. Creating sleek and elegant glasses from the raw material is the big challenge. Marienfeld and Mounir succeeded in this. An exclusive fashion accessory made from local materials.

«Competent, uncomplicated and with a lot of flair in accompanying the realization of our visions.»
