We're looking for an agency that can communicate in several languages and helps us develop new campaigns and stories. On the one hand, we want to get people excited about a career with the police. On the other, we need to raise public awareness. Many dangers are still far too invisible today. Our communication should take cultural and social topics into account, carry our values and create enough visibility to actually work. Can you do that?

The collaboration started with a Future Flight to define tone of voice, positioning and the strategic direction of the communication – tailored to different target audiences and topics. Building on that, we developed various campaigns over several years in prevention and Recruiting. These included an awareness campaign on sexting and grooming, a prevention campaign on scooters and safety gear, and a campaign on violence prevention at sports events in stadiums. We also produced a new recruiting film that shows the police profession in an authentic and approachable way. Involving employees as credible ambassadors was always central.

The campaigns showed how powerfully relevant topics can be communicated. Formats like “Sophies Reise” struck a nerve with parents in particular and delivered strong results in the digital space. At the same time, it became clear how important these topics are for society – and what role communication plays in that.
